Terms Check

Read a photo contest’s terms before you enter

Paste the link to any photo contest’s rules page. You get a plain read of what entering costs you: who the licence covers and for how long, the AI rule, the deadline with its time zone, the entry fee, and any red flags. Every item shows the organiser’s own words, quoted from the page.

€3 per check, VAT included where it applies

Before you pay, we check for free that the page opens and reads like contest rules. If it doesn’t, we say so and you pay nothing. Then Polar’s secure checkout page takes your card: Polar is our merchant of record, charges €3, issues your receipt and handles VAT.

How it works

  1. We open the page and check that it reads like a contest’s rules. This is free.
  2. You pay €3 through Polar.
  3. An AI model reads the page. We keep each item only if its quote is found word for word on the page; anything else shows as “not found on the page”.
  4. We email you a link to the result, usually within minutes. If the page can’t be read, you are refunded in full, automatically.

Example

What a check shows, built from our verified record of Bird Photographer of the Year 2027 (BPOTY 12), whose rules we read on 11 October 2026. This contest is listed free; a check reads a page we don’t list.

What it is not

  • It is not legal advice. It reads what the page says, as it stands when we read it.
  • It doesn’t look at your photographs, and it doesn’t say whether to enter.
  • It reads one page. If a contest splits its rules across pages, paste the one with the terms and conditions.
  • The contests we list are free to read in our Terms Report and their records; a link to one of them takes you there instead.

Refunds: refund policy. Questions: hello@winphoto.io.
