Sole proprietor established in Luxembourg
WinPhoto is operated as a sole-proprietor activity established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with the intention to incorporate as a Luxembourg société à responsabilité limitée (S.à r.l.) once recurring revenue justifies the registration cost. Once incorporated we will publish the registered business name, registered office address, RCS Luxembourg registration number, VAT identification number, and the name of the responsible representative as required by Luxembourg's e-commerce information rules. Until then, contact for any legal or operational matter is the email channel below.
Where your data lives. Regardless of where the operator is based, all photograph processing happens in AWS Bedrock, eu-west-1 (Dublin, Ireland) under Zero Data Retention contracts. Your photograph never leaves the European Economic Area. The application binary itself runs on Fly.io machines pinned to EU regions (Frankfurt or Paris). The full sub-processor list and transfer impact assessment are in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of liability for external links

Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform that previously sat at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr was discontinued under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 in 2025; we therefore no longer link to it. EU consumers retain every remedy available under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the courts of their place of residence under Art. 18 of Regulation 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), and any national alternative-dispute-resolution body designated under Directive 2013/11/EU. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in arbitration proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless required by law.
